Side effects
- Invalid or malformed email string returns syntax_valid false with no DNS data
- Domain has no MX records — likely_deliverable false even if syntax is valid

- Non-existent domain returns empty A and MX record arrays
- Payment failure via x402 protocol prevents API call from completing
