Returns a structured object containing all resolved DNS records for the queried domain, organized by record type: A (IPv4 addresses), AAAA (IPv6 addresses), MX (mail exchange servers with priorities), TXT (text records including SPF, DKIM, verification tokens), NS (authoritative nameservers), SOA (start of authority with primary nameserver, contact, serial, and TTL fields), and CNAME (canonical name aliases) — all retrieved in a single call.

It is ideal for DNS audits, infrastructure reconnaissance, email deliverability checks, onboarding domain verification workflows, and security investigations where you need to inspect multiple record types simultaneously. Prefer it over individual record-type lookups when you don't know in advance which record types are populated.
Side effects
- Domain does not exist (NXDOMAIN) — returns empty or error for all record types
- Domain exists but has no records of certain types — those fields return empty arrays
- Network timeout reaching upstream DNS resolvers — returns 5xx or timeout error
- Invalid domain format passed (e.g. includes scheme like https://) — returns validation error
- Rate limiting if called excessively — returns 429 too many requests
