A JSON object containing: the detected primary email provider name (e.g. 'Google Workspace'), a list of MX records, a boolean indicating whether the domain receives email, a list of authorized additional senders from SPF (also_sends_from), an antispam/spam-filter name if detected, any other detected providers, and an optional note. Returns null values for fields that cannot be determined.

Side effects
- Domain does not exist or has no MX records — receives_email returns false and provider is null
- Domain has unusual or unrecognized MX configuration — provider may return null with raw MX records still included
- SPF record is malformed or missing — also_sends_from may be empty
- Network timeout resolving DNS records for the domain
- Invalid domain format in request body — validation error returned
