Output
Returns a structured verdict of GO, HOLD, or STOP for the given email address, along with a list of reasons explaining the verdict. Reasons may include syntax errors, missing or invalid MX/A DNS records, detection as a known disposable domain, identification as a role-based address (e.g. support@, admin@), or a likely one-character domain typo. Does not confirm mailbox existence as no SMTP probe is performed.

Side effects
