Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported country ISO code returns an error or empty result
- Months value outside 1-60 range may be rejected or clamped
- Eurostat data may lag by several weeks relative to real calendar time
- If Eurostat upstream is unavailable, data may be stale or the call may fail
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC) results in a 402 response before data is returned
