Returns a JSON object with the FOMO user's public profile data: their internal ID, follower and following counts, total swap and trade counts, cumulative volume, average hold time, and recent P&L. With optional includes: full trade history (buys/sells/transfers), current token balances with positions, and their leaderboard rank.

Side effects
- Handle not found — returns 404 if the username does not exist on FOMO
- Stale cache served if maxAge is set and a cached copy exists within the TTL
