How this service works
Read back the submissions to a form you created, newest first. Only the identity that created the form can read them. Paginate with limit (max 200) and the returned nextCursor.
Output
Returns an array of submission objects (each with an ID, ISO 8601 createdAt timestamp, and a payload object containing the submitted field values) plus a nextCursor string (or null if no more pages) for paginating to older submissions.

Use this endpoint when you need to read back user-submitted data from a hosted form created via forms.withzero.xyz. It is the only way to retrieve submission payloads for those forms, and supports cursor-based pagination for large submission volumes. Prefer this over polling email notifications when you need structured, programmatic access to responses.
Side effects
- Form ID not found — 404 if the form does not exist or does not belong to the calling identity
- Unauthorized — 401/403 if the caller is not the identity that created the form
- Invalid cursor — 400 if the cursor value is malformed or expired
- Invalid limit — 400 if limit is outside the 1–200 range
- Empty submissions array with null nextCursor — form exists but has no submissions yet
