Use this endpoint when you need to programmatically poll or read collected human responses from a hosted agentforms form. Ideal for agent workflows where a form was previously minted and shared with humans, and you now want to read back the structured typed responses. Prefer this over /results if you need raw submission records rather than aggregated result views.
Side effects
- Form ID not found — 404 response if the ID doesn't match any existing form
- Form expired and submissions purged — 7-day auto-purge may mean no data is available
- Invalid or missing form ID parameter — malformed request error
- Unauthorized access — if authentication credentials are missing or invalid
