Use this endpoint when you need to retrieve and display a previously minted hosted form by its ID — for example, to share the form URL with humans, verify the form still exists, or inspect its fields before directing respondents to it. Prefer this over the submissions or results endpoints when you want the form itself, not the collected data.
Side effects
- Form ID not found — returns 404 if the ID does not correspond to a minted form
- Form expired — the form may have auto-purged after the 7-day expiration window
- Invalid ID format — malformed or missing form ID returns an error
- Network error or worker downtime — Cloudflare Workers may return 503
