How this service works
Gloom is a free, open-source finance terminal for desktop and TUI with charts, news, filings, portfolios, alerts, and plugins.
Output
Returns an array of story objects, each containing: scope (e.g. single_ticker), primary topic, full topics array, relevant sectors, overall sentiment (positive/negative/neutral), the primary source name, and four timestamps indicating when the story was first and last seen, and first and last published.

Side effects
- Invalid or missing properties parameter may return empty results or a 400 error
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC payment of $0.12 is not correctly attached
- Rate limiting or quota exhaustion returning 429
- No stories available for a given ticker or topic returns empty data array
- Malformed JSON in request body returns 400
