List a DAO's governance proposals from Snapshot, normalized into one schema: id, title, state, choices, per-choice scores, scores_total, quorum, vote count, start/end, author, snapshot block, strategies and a link-back. Filter by state; pass a Snapshot space-id or a known protocol alias.
Output
Returns a list of governance proposals normalized to a unified schema, each containing: proposal id, title, lifecycle state (active/pending/closed), available choices, per-choice vote scores, total score, quorum threshold, total vote count, start and end timestamps, author address, snapshot block number, voting strategies used, and a direct link back to the proposal on Snapshot.

Use over direct Snapshot API access when you want protocol aliases instead of raw space-ids and a pre-normalized response format.
Side effects
- Unknown or misspelled Snapshot space-id or protocol alias returns an empty list or 404-style error
- Invalid state filter value returns a validation error
- Limit exceeding 30 is rejected with a schema validation error
- Snapshot API unavailability causes upstream timeout or 502 error
- DAOs with no proposals in the requested state return an empty array
