Side effects
- 400 returned if an ambiguous or unsupported symbol is provided (only globally unambiguous symbols like BTC, ETH, SOL, etc. are accepted)
- 400 returned if both address and symbol are missing or if the chain key is invalid
- 402 Payment Required if x402 micropayment is not included or is insufficient
