Halowerk Tempo – Document Connection Time Check

Use this endpoint when you specifically need to measure the TCP/TLS connection establishment time (not total load time or TTFB) for a document resource. Choose this over generic uptime monitors when you want granular network-layer latency data for a specific URL. It is part of the Halowerk Tempo suite, so prefer it when already using sibling endpoints for other performance metrics on the same domain.

• URL is unreachable or returns a non-200 response — returns an error or failed-check result
• Invalid or malformed URL provided — schema validation error
• Target server blocks automated requests — connection timeout or refusal
• URL resolves to a private/internal IP — rejected as non-public address
• CSS selector matches no element on the page — first matching element used or error returned
