Use this endpoint when you specifically need to isolate and measure the TLS handshake phase of a web page's connection time, as part of a web performance audit or HTTPS infrastructure diagnosis. Prefer it over generic page-speed tools when TLS/SSL negotiation latency is the specific metric of interest. Sibling endpoints on the same provider cover other timing metrics like TTFB and render start.

• Invalid or unreachable URL returns an error finding
• Non-HTTPS URLs may not produce a TLS timing result
• URL exceeding 2048 characters is rejected by schema validation
