Use this endpoint when you have already submitted an AskHeurist job and need to retrieve its result or know its current processing status. This is the correct follow-up call after initiating any async AskHeurist query — not for starting new jobs or querying other agent types on the Heurist mesh.
Side effects
- Invalid or unknown job ID returns an error or empty result
- Job ID belonging to a different session or expired job may return not found
- Network timeout if the mesh endpoint is temporarily unavailable
- Payment failure (x402 protocol) if USDC balance is insufficient for the $0.001 call fee
