With `sender`, also an unsigned ready-to-sign transaction plus the ERC-20 allowance check. Quotes only; ISHOB never sends transactions.

Returns the optimal swap route including: output amount in token units, minimum output after slippage, USD gas cost, USD value change percentage, number of route paths, exchanges used (e.g. Uniswap V3), and the router contract address.
