Side effects
- Non-public or authentication-gated URLs return an error or empty content
- URLs exceeding the 524288-byte max_bytes ceiling are rejected at input validation
- Private network addresses or localhost URLs are blocked
- Slow-loading or timeout pages may fail to return content
- Binary or non-text resources (PDFs, images) may return empty or garbled text
