Uses z-score (30-day baseline) to identify statistically extreme funding: |z|≥2 = extreme, |z|≥3 = critical. Returns only assets clearing the threshold. Real-time from Kronos market_signals (Bybit data). Pay-per-call via x402.
Output
A filtered list of crypto assets whose perpetual futures funding rates are statistically extreme relative to their 30-day baseline, including the z-score and severity classification (extreme: |z|≥2, critical: |z|≥3). Assets below threshold are excluded from the response.

Side effects
- No assets clear the threshold — returns empty list (normal market condition, not an error)
- Upstream Bybit data feed delay — stale or missing funding rate data
- Payment failure via x402 — call not processed if $0.02 USDC payment not completed
- Rate limiting if too many calls issued in rapid succession
- Network timeout to Kronos API endpoint
