How this service works
Load a reloadable card balance with USDC. Pay from either chain: the card issuer only accepts USDC on Base, and Laso bridges the payment to the account holder's own deposit address at the issuer over CCTP, which mints native USDC so the full amount arrives. Laso absorbs the bridge cost, so the price is exactly the amount that lands on the balance. Requires a linked card issuer account. Follow with POST /create-reloadable-card to create a card against the balance.
Output
The endpoint processes the USDC payment (exactly equal to the requested USD amount, as Laso absorbs bridge fees) and credits that amount to the linked card issuer account's reloadable card balance. The caller receives confirmation that the balance has been funded, ready for card creation or spending.

Use this endpoint when you need to load funds onto an existing Laso reloadable card balance using USDC, especially when you want to absorb zero bridge costs (Laso covers CCTP fees). Prefer this over manual on-chain transfers when you need the full dollar amount to arrive on the card balance without slippage. This endpoint is specifically for reloadable cards; for non-reloadable or international cards, use the separate card ordering endpoints.
Side effects

- Amount below $5 minimum or above $1000 maximum — request rejected with validation error
