Choose this endpoint when you need a quick, structured property intelligence report covering local records, parcel rules, and risk signals for a specific address — especially during pre-purchase research, investment evaluation, or renovation planning. It is particularly useful when you want to combine a specific valuation basis (Zestimate, appraisal, BPO, or your own estimate) with spatial and temporal filtering to scope the scan. Prefer it over generic public records searches when you need consolidated real estate risk signals in a machine-readable format.
Side effects
- Address too short or malformed — minimum 5 characters required
- Proposed value must be greater than zero
- Radius out of range — must be between 100 and 1500 meters
