Prefer this over live DNS DMARC checkers when the record has not yet been published, or when you want consistent offline parsing with coded findings.
Side effects
- Empty or missing record field returns validation error
- Record exceeding 4096 characters is rejected
- Malformed record with no v=DMARC1 header may yield parse error or empty findings
- Network or server error returns HTTP 5xx
