Side effects
- Empty or missing 'name' parameter returns a 422 validation error
- Domain name exceeding 1024 characters is rejected
- Malformed input that cannot be parsed as a domain label may return an error response
- Endpoint only validates structure and encoding — it does not check if the domain is actually registered or resolvable
