Side effects
- Invalid chain name returns empty or error response
- Unsupported sort parameter may default to APY silently
- Limit outside 1-50 range may be clamped or rejected
- Token symbol not found in any pool returns empty pools array
- Payment not included or insufficient triggers 402 error
