Returns a JSON object containing the act's full title, short title, RIS ID, country code, in-force status, relevant dates, source attribution (CC BY 4.0, RIS OGD), and the official RIS URL. Returns 404 (not charged) if the ID or search term is not yet cached, with the result fetched within approximately one minute.
