Output
A JSON object containing the act's ID, title (in Polish), type (e.g. Obwieszczenie, Ustawa), in-force status, relevant dates, the official Sejm ELI source URL, country code, and source licence information. Returns 404 (not charged) if the ID or search term is not yet cached, with the result available within approximately one minute after the first miss.
