Side effects
- Invalid or unknown index code returns an empty items array with the code listed in 'missing'
- Upstream MOEX ISS unavailable causes stale=true with a cached copy served
- Data may be delayed up to 15 minutes (delayed=true) outside trading hours
- Requesting more than 5 comma-separated codes is rejected by schema validation
- Network timeout to onrender.com host causes request failure
