Prefer this over direct query endpoints when operating in a polling/async architecture where results are delivered to an inbox rather than returned synchronously.
Side effects
- Invalid or missing inbox ID returns an error or empty result
- Incorrect secret token results in authentication failure or empty/unauthorized response
- No messages newer than the given timestamp returns an empty array
- Service unavailability on Railway hosting returns a 5xx error
- Malformed epoch timestamp causes query to fail or return unexpected results
