How this service works
Deploy an ICP Job Change signal. Find newly joined people in your ICP at your target companies - new joinees come in
Output
Returns a confirmation that the ICP Job Change agent has been deployed, along with a stream or batch of newly joined people at target companies who match the defined ICP, including their contact details, current role, company, and job change date.
Example use cases
Catch new decision-makers at competitor accounts
“Set up a job change signal to find newly hired heads of procurement and operations at our top 50 competitor accounts — I need to reach out to these fresh decision-makers before they've already chosen a vendor for our category.”
Monitor ICP hires across expansion markets
“Deploy a signal that alerts me whenever someone matching our buyer persona — finance directors and controllers at mid-market manufacturing companies — joins any of our target accounts in the EMEA region so we can time our outreach perfectly.”
Track when portfolio company buyers move
“I need visibility into when our ICP contacts — VP Product and Engineering leads at enterprise B2B SaaS firms — change jobs to companies on our prospect list so we can have a warm conversation at exactly the right moment.”

Endpoint
POSThttps://mpp.orthogonal.com/openfunnel/api/v1/signal/deploy/icp-job-change-agent?utm_source=zero.xyzWhen to prefer
Choose this endpoint when you want to proactively catch new buyers at target accounts the moment they join — ideal for timing outreach to newly hired decision-makers before they've locked in vendor relationships. Prefer this over general people search when recency of hire is the primary buying signal.
Side effects
- Invalid or missing ICP definition results in broad or empty results
- Target company list not provided or unresolvable leads to no signal output
- Agent deployment fails if required configuration parameters are missing
- Rate limits or quota exceeded for signal deployment
- No matching job changes found within the monitored timeframe returns empty results
