Filters: `date_preset`/`dateFrom`/`dateTo`, `positions`/`departments`/`seniorities` (comma-separated), `new_role`, `keyword`, `company_name`/`company_domain`/`company_linkedin_url`, `personLinkedinUrl`, `countries`/`city`, `source` (linkedin/press_release). `limit` ≤100 — flat price per call. New-exec-in-seat is the classic 90-day buying window.
Output
A list of job change signal records (up to 100 per call), each containing GDPR-masked person identifiers, their old and new roles, department, seniority level, associated company name and domain, location, signal source (linkedin or press_release), and the date of the transition.

Side effects
- No results returned when filters are too narrow or date range has no matching signals
