How this service works
List your prepaid cards (status, last4, balance — never full card numbers; those are per-card via GET /cards/:id).
Output
A list of prepaid card summaries for the authenticated user, each including the card's current status (e.g. active, inactive), last 4 digits of the card number, and available balance. Full card numbers are not returned by this endpoint.

Use this endpoint when you need a quick overview of all prepaid cards and their balances for an account. Prefer this over fetching individual cards (/cards/:id) when you don't yet know the specific card ID, or when you need to compare balances across multiple cards at once.

- No cards found — account has no prepaid cards, returns empty list
- Rate limit exceeded — too many requests in a short window
- Service unavailable — upstream card provider outage
