ETH-quoted Uniswap v4 and v3 pools opened on Robinhood Chain in the last 1-24 hours, youngest first, with token, age, last price, ETH liquidity, last swap time, 60-minute net flow and the burst tiers that fired. Data rewritten every 20 s (<= 30 s behind the chain); data older than 120 s is refused with a 503 and not charged.

A list of up to 1000 pool records for Uniswap v4/v3 pools newly opened on Robinhood Chain, each containing the token identifier, pool age, last ETH-quoted price, total ETH liquidity, and 60-minute net ETH flow. Results are filtered by a configurable age window (1–24 hours, default 6).

Side effects
- Invalid hours value outside 1–24 range returns an error or empty result
- Invalid limit value outside 1–1000 causes a bad request response
- No new pools in the requested window returns an empty list
- Payment failure (x402) blocks access if 0.005 USDC is not provided
- Network or upstream data latency may cause stale or temporarily unavailable data
