The post-trade check everything else skips: given a token, your position size and (optionally) entry price, returns live price & P&L, whether the position can still be EXITED at that size, and the token's current rug score — combined into a healthy / watch / exit_now verdict with reasons. The risk that changes after you buy is exactly the risk holders miss.
Output
Returns live token price, estimated P&L (if entry price provided), a boolean or status for whether the position can be exited at the given size, the token's current rug score, and an overall verdict of 'healthy', 'watch', or 'exit_now' with human-readable reasons explaining the assessment.

Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent token contract address returns an error or empty result
- Token has no liquidity data, making exit assessment impossible
- Very small or illiquid tokens may have unreliable rug scores
- Missing required 'address' query parameter returns a 400-level error
- Network congestion on Base may cause stale price data
- Position size too small or too large for meaningful impact analysis
