Use this endpoint when you need a focused snapshot of Bitcoin network activity — specifically volume, fees, and mempool — with trend signals. Prefer over btc.quick-check when network-layer metrics (not just price) are the primary concern, and over btc.on-chain when you want a concise pulse rather than a deep on-chain health report.
Side effects
- Invalid briefing ID returns error — must use 'btc.pulse'
- Date out of tier range (Free plan limited to 30d history) returns access error
- Invalid date format (not YYYY-MM-DD) returns validation error
- Payment not completed returns 402 Payment Required
- Invalid format enum value returns 400 error
