Returns a structured response with an overall intent score (0–1), an intent level (high/medium/low/none), a confidence score, a data quality rating, and an array of individual signals each containing a signal type (rfp, vendor_evaluation, tech_stack_change, job_posting_intent, executive_statement, competitor_switch, expansion_triggered, or other), a description, a source URL, a published date, and a confidence value. Also includes source URLs used, cache hit status, a unique request ID, and any quality warnings.

Side effects
- Company not found or too small to have public signals — returns low/none intent level with low data quality
- Invalid or unrecognizable company name — may return empty signals array
- Rate limiting or payment failure via x402 protocol — HTTP 402 or 429 response
- Product category is too vague or broad — may result in low-confidence signals with quality warnings
- Timeout on deep scan depth for companies with sparse public data
