News: recent headlines for one symbol from our own news pipeline, each with a tone score, plus the average tone. Empty results are reported as empty (never charged), not as neutral. Experimental. Not financial advice.
Output
Returns a list of recent news headlines for the requested symbol, each accompanied by a numeric tone score indicating positive or negative sentiment, along with an aggregated average tone across all returned items. If no news is found, an empty result is returned rather than a neutral placeholder (and no charge is applied).
