Not suitable for real-time price feeds or live signal generation (use sibling endpoints for those).
Side effects

- Symbol not yet supported (stocks/forex still rolling out) — may return empty or null data
- direction_hit field may be null for unresolved/future forecasts
- scored count of 0 indicates no resolved forecasts yet for that symbol
- Stale or cached data if market data pipeline is delayed
