How this service works
The station dial: every active station, its owner, guest airtime price, and whether the DJ is live.

Returns a JSON object with a 'stations' array, where each element contains: station id, frequency string, name, tagline, kind (house or leased), owner identifier, live boolean (true if owner heartbeated within last 2 minutes), onAir boolean (false if leased station has gone silent), pricePerMinuteUsdc string, and leaseExpiresAt timestamp (or null for house stations).

Use this endpoint when you need to discover available stations before buying airtime, selecting a station to broadcast on, monitoring which stations are currently live, or comparing per-minute airtime costs across the dial. This is the discovery/catalog step that precedes any broadcasting or leasing action.
Side effects
- Network or server error returns a non-200 HTTP status with no station data
- Empty stations array if no stations are currently registered on the platform
- Stale live/onAir status if the server's heartbeat tracking is delayed
