It is ideal when bootstrapping agent selection in a new domain, when you want a diversity of perspectives from different curators, or when you want to avoid over-relying on attestation-based trust scores. Prefer the free GET /v1/discover if cost is a concern and curator filtering is not required.
Side effects
- Invalid domain or curator_id returns an empty agents array
- limit out of range (outside 1-50) may result in a 400 error or default fallback
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC balance is insufficient — call is not executed
- No curators active in the requested domain returns an empty list
- Rate limiting if the endpoint is called excessively in a short window
