Use this endpoint when you want a human-curated shortlist of agents to explore, especially when bootstrapping agent discovery in a new domain or when you want social proof from known curators rather than purely algorithmic rankings. Prefer this over /v1/discover when curator endorsement signal matters more than raw popularity or economic confidence scores. Not appropriate when you need authoritative trust verdicts — use the confidence-score endpoint for that.
Side effects
- Invalid limit value (outside 1-50 range) may return a validation error
- Unknown curator_id returns an empty agents array rather than an error
- Unknown domain filter returns an empty result set
- Payment failure (x402) blocks access if USDC payment is not completed
- Rate limiting may apply if called excessively in a short window
