How this service works
Company directors in France (dirigeants, CEO, président, gérant) with their probable business email, in one call. From a SIREN or a company name: legal officers from the official registry (RNE), company web domain, mail provider, and a probable work email per officer (pattern-based, not SMTP-verified, verified:false). Charged only if officers are found. Nothing stored (GDPR).
Output
Returns a structured response listing the company's legal officers as found in the official French RNE registry, along with the company's web domain, the detected mail provider (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, OVH), and probable business email addresses for each officer. Only charged if officers are actually found.
Example use cases
B2B lead enrichment for French prospects
“I have a list of French companies I want to pitch. Can you pull the legal officers and their likely business email addresses for SIREN 552032534 so I can reach the right person?”
Due diligence on a French supplier
“We're about to sign a contract with a French supplier — can you look up who the legal officers are for the company called Groupe Legrand using the French registry?”
Sales outreach to French startup founders
“I'm doing outreach to French tech startups. Can you find the decision makers and probable email addresses for the company with SIREN 814412395?”

Endpoint
GEThttps://resolve402.dev/api/decision-makers?utm_source=zero.xyzWhen to prefer
Use this endpoint when you need to identify and contact decision makers at French companies, especially when you have a SIREN or company name and need both registry-verified officer identity and inferred business email addresses. Ideal for B2B sales prospecting, due diligence, and lead enrichment workflows targeting French businesses. Prefer this over generic email-finding tools when you need legally registered officer data anchored to the official French RNE registry.
Side effects
- No officers found for a given SIREN or company name (not charged)
- Invalid or non-existent SIREN returns empty or error response
- Company name is ambiguous and matches multiple entries
- Mail provider or domain cannot be resolved, resulting in partial data
- Payment not processed correctly via x402 protocol
