Hiring signals of a company: open jobs read from its public ATS board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio), summarized as buying signals (volume, last 30 days, functions hiring, leadership roles). From a domain, a French SIREN or a company name. Chain with /api/decision-makers to get who to contact. Charged only if open jobs are found.
Output
Returns a JSON object with: the detected ATS provider and board URL with confidence score; an array of up to N open job listings (title, location, department, URL, posted date); and a signals summary with total open jobs, breakdown by function, hiring intent level, jobs posted in last 30 days, and any leadership roles currently open.
