Side effects
- Invalid tx_hash format (must be 0x + 64 hex chars) returns validation error
- Transaction not yet indexed or not found on Base returns null/empty tx fields
- Insufficient confirmations results in confirmation_state: pending and discrepancy flag
- Amount or asset mismatch reflected in discrepancies array with matches: false
- Invalid recipient address format (not 0x + 40 hex chars) returns schema validation error
