Find filings mentioning a keyword or exact phrase via ?q=, narrow by ?forms=10-K,8-K, ?ticker=, and ?startdt=/?enddt= dates, and cap with ?limit=. Returns each match's form, filer, date, and a link to the document. Sourced from SEC EDGAR. From x402stock, a market & economic data API (x402, USDC).
Output
Returns a JSON object with the original query, applied filters (forms, ticker, dates), total_matches count, count of returned results, and a results array. Each result includes accession number, form type, filer name, CIK, filing date, period ending date, a short description, and a direct URL to the filing document on SEC EDGAR. Source is always 'sec_edgar'.

Side effects
- Missing or empty 'q' parameter returns a validation error
- limit exceeding 100 returns a validation error

- Very broad queries may return low-relevance results due to full-text index matching
