How this service works
The latest releases of a GitHub repository: tag, name, date, pre-release flag, the first 1,500 characters of the notes, and the number of assets. Needs the GITHUB_TOKEN secret on the deployment; without it the call answers 503 and is not charged.
Output
Returns a JSON object with the repository name, source URL, a list of releases (each with tag, name, body/notes, link, asset count, publish date, and prerelease flag), and the timestamp the check was performed.
