SEC EDGAR full-text search: 10-K annual reports (or another form) whose text contains a phrase such as 'climate risk' or 'scope 1 emissions'. Returns the total hit count and the latest matching filings (company, CIK, form, file date). Shows which companies mention the phrase; it does not extract emission numbers.
Output
A JSON object containing the search phrase used, the SEC form type filtered on, the source EFTS URL, total number of matching filings, a list of up to 10 recent filings (each with CIK, accession number, form type, company name, file date, and period ending), and a timestamp of when the check was performed.

Side effects
- Empty results if the phrase is too specific or misspelled — returns totalHits of 0 and an empty filings array
- Invalid or unsupported form type returns an error or empty results
- Phrase shorter than 2 characters or longer than 80 characters may be rejected
- EDGAR EFTS upstream downtime causes failed or delayed responses
