Includes a human-readable `summary` and structured `leaders`; follow=true adds the top address's open positions. public on-chain data, not financial advice.

A structured list of top-ranked Hyperliquid wallets with each wallet's address, account value, PnL, ROI, volume, and a consistency signal indicating profitable performance across windows. A human-readable summary of the top-N results is included. If follow=true, the response also includes the current open perpetual positions (size, side, entry price, leverage, unrealized PnL) of the single top-ranked address.

Choose this endpoint when you need ranked performance data specifically from the Hyperliquid perpetuals DEX — particularly when the user wants to identify top-performing wallets, compare traders by PnL/ROI/volume across different time windows, check consistency signals, or mirror the positions of the current #1 trader (copy-trading use case). Prefer this over generic crypto leaderboards when Hyperliquid-specific on-chain data is required.
Side effects
- Invalid window or sort enum value returns a validation error
- limit out of range (>100 or <1) returns a 400 error
- Hyperliquid on-chain data temporarily unavailable causes a 503 or timeout
- follow=true on an address with no open positions returns an empty positions array
- Payment not processed (x402) returns a 402 Payment Required response
