Use this endpoint when you need to enumerate the posts of a specific Instagram user by their handle, especially when building feeds, monitoring accounts for new content, or scraping public post histories. Prefer this over the single-post endpoint when you need multiple posts, and over the search endpoint when you already know the exact handle.

• Handle not found or account is private — likely returns 404 or empty result
• Invalid or expired pagination cursor — may return an error or restart pagination
