Use this endpoint when you need to search public X posts by keyword, phrase, or hashtag, especially when filtering by date range, language, engagement thresholds, or content section (top, latest, people, photos, videos). Prefer this over profile-based endpoints when the goal is topic or keyword discovery rather than a specific account's content.

• Empty results if no posts match the query or filters
• Rate limiting or quota exceeded errors if too many calls are made
• Invalid date format returns a validation error
