No API key, no account — a wallet is the only requirement, and you are charged only if the read succeeds. Plain unsigned data; the attested version of chain reads is /v1/oracle/onchain. Prefer the attested /v1/oracle/onchain endpoint instead if you need a cryptographically signed proof of the supply value.
Side effects
- Invalid or non-ERC-20 contract address returns an error or found:false
