Mandate Bind (ABMP BIND) — Exact USDC once; returns Ed25519 PASS cert whose mandate_hash binds the human Intent Mandate to this SQL. Portable check: free POST /v1/gate.
Output
Returns a bind receipt containing an Ed25519 Execution Certificate that encodes the hashed AP2-style Intent Mandate for the given agent or wallet ID. This certificate must be presented when calling POST /v1/gate to authorize subsequent SQL execution.

Use this endpoint when your agent needs to perform authorized, mutating SQL operations via SQLGuard and must first obtain a cryptographically signed Ed25519 Execution Certificate. This is the required first step before calling POST /v1/gate. Choose this over SQLGuard Instant Cert when you need a reusable mandate binding rather than a single one-time SQL pass, or when your workflow requires AP2-style intent mandate hashing.
Side effects
- Missing or invalid agent_id returns an error or empty receipt
- Payment not fulfilled (x402) results in a 402 Payment Required response
- Malformed agent_id format may cause binding rejection
- Duplicate bind attempts for the same agent_id may return a conflict or a fresh certificate depending on implementation
- Network timeout may leave binding state ambiguous
